The Leadership award recognises an employee who demonstrates strong leadership qualities and is a true role model to those he/she works with.
As an employee or supporting Director of the organisation, the Leadership award is open to employees in a senior position playing a key role in the transformation, development or growth of a business or organisation.
What the judges are looking for:
Demonstrates Impact leader made on the business
Must have been in the role for more than 3 years.
