What the judges are looking for:
Employee engagement through organisation and planning wellness efforts
Implementation that is well planned, coordinated, fully executed, and evaluated for success and accountability
NEEA are deeply grateful to North East organisation Myndr for partnering with us on this category. Co-founder, Lizzy Hodcroft, had this to say;
"Imagine a world where you can tap into the mental health experiences of millions of people, everything from overcoming anxiety to just simply increasing your confidence. Now envision that you can translate this into an action plan with the support of peers with lived experience and health organisations. Myndr does just this, pulling from experts and peers to create a crowd sourced data base to help break down goals and problems associated with mental health and wellness."
"Myndr's personalised peer to peer well being companion helps businesses and GP's to recruit, maintain and support staff & patient's mental health, increasing engagement and improving culture and communication with the help of experts in sleep, mindfulness, health and therapies."
